摘要
企业通过对运输、存储、包装、物料搬运、订单处理、生产选址的管理,提高了物流的速度,实现了物流的效率,为企业带来了新的利润源泉。事实上,物流效率的管理是企业的一种能力,是在尽可能最低的总成本条件下实现顾客服务效率的能力,这种能力打造企业的核心竞争力。
Through management of transportation, storage, package, order, and site selection, an enterprise can increase its logistics efficiency and therefore increase its profit. In fact, logistics management is a kind of ability of an enterprise, which can be defined as the ability of serving customers with the lowest total costs. This kind of ability is the key to the core competitiveness of enterprises.
