摘要
采用高效液相色谱法分析多克福种衣剂,以甲醇︰乙腈︰水(体积比为25︰30︰45)为流动相,检测波长280 nm 、C18柱,此方法线性相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9980、0.9996,标准偏差分别为0.160、0.046、0.057,平均回收率分别为100.2%、98.8%、99.6%。
A method for the determination of Carbendazim-Carbofuran-Thiram seed treatment by HPLC, on C18 column and detected at 280 nm with methanol-acetonitrile-water(25︰30︰45)as mobile phase, correlation coefficients were 0.9995、0.9980、0.9996.The relative standard deviations were 0.160、0.046、0.057 and the recovery rations were 100.2%、98.8%、99.6% respectively.
