聚酰胺树脂对箬叶黄酮碳苷分离效果的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提高箬叶的药用价值,本文通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆苷、异牡荆苷等箬叶中主要黄酮碳苷的含量,采用梯度洗脱法,考察了聚酰胺树脂分离纯化这4种黄酮碳苷的效果。结果表明:采用30~60目聚酰胺树脂,经乙醇-水初步梯度洗脱后,4种黄酮碳苷在30%和50%乙醇洗脱剂中基本洗脱完全;采用80~100目聚酰胺树脂,经乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水的进一步梯度洗脱后,总黄酮的含量为94.69%,纯化倍数为16.3;4种黄酮碳苷纯化倍数超过25倍,回收率达91%以上。研究结果可为箬叶黄酮碳苷的进一步利用提供参考。 In order to impro ve the medicinal value of indocalamus leaves, the main c-glycosylflavones of indocalamus leaves such as orientin, isoorientin, vitexin, isovitexin were determined by HPLC, the separation and purification of the four c-glycosylflavones from indocalamus leaves using polyamide resin coupled with gradient elution were studied. The experimental results showed that:(1) four kinds of flavonoid glycosides could be eluted completely by 30% and 50% ethanol elution agent after preliminary gradient elution of ethanol-water,when using polyamide resin with 30 -60 mesh;(2) the content of total flavonoids was 94.69% and the purification fold was16.3 after further gradient elution of ethyl acetate-ethanol-water,when using polyamide resin with 80-100 mesh,the purification fold of four kinds of flavonoids glycosides was more than 25 times, the recovery rate was larger than 91%. Which would provide a reference for the further utilization of c-glycosylflavones in indocalamus leaves.
