摘要
天然药物的合成与转化是一门将传统天然药物与现代生物技术相集合的新兴学科,横跨化工与生物两个方向,具有知识面广,难度大,但应用性强的特点。天然药物具有时空特异性和种属特异性,因此种类多、含量低,难以实现大规模的生产。化学合成、生物合成与转化、以及二者相结合的半合成方法在规模化生产天然药物尤其是结构复杂的天然药物方面发挥了重要作用,因此制药工程专业应该为学生开设天然药物的生物合成与转化课程。
The synthesis and transformation of natural medicines is an emerging discipline that combines traditional natural medicines with modern bioteehnology,spanning both chemical and biological majors,which is complex,difficult but applicable.Natural medicines have spatio-temporal specificity and species specificity,making it numerous,low in content and difficult to achieve large-scale production.Chemical synthesis,biosynthesis and transformation,and a combination of these two methods play roles in the large-scale production of natural medicines,especially complex natural drugs.Therefore,the pharmaceutical engineering major should offer students natural medicine biosynthesis and transformation course.
