摘要
采用Griffing方法Ⅰ ,利用 6× 6完全双列杂交 ,对冬小麦单株粒重、单穗粒重和千粒重 3个性状的配合力进行了研究。结果表明 ,这 3种粒重的遗传符合加性 -显性遗传模型 ,细胞质作用对千粒重影响较小 ,株粒重和穗粒重则存在明显的核质互作 ;3个抗病材料中 ,临抗 1号的单株产量的特殊配合力方差最大 ,一般配合力效应值较高 ,后代组合中存在极显著差异 ,是一个优良的抗病丰产亲本。
Combing ability was studied for three characters per plant grain weight,per ear gain weight and 1 000 kernel weight in winter wheat by adopting Griffing's method I and 6×6 complete diallel crossing.The results showed:Genetic of three varieties grain weight were additive dominant genetic model and the cytoplasm showed less effect to 1 000 kernel weight,and per plant and per ear grain weight existed obvious nucleus-cytoplasm affects;In three risitant BYDV materiales,specific combining ability's variance of Linkang 1 was the biggest among all materiales,and its general combining ability was relatively higher and compose of its progeny have the distinguished differences.Linkang 1 was a good parent with high BYDV and fertility.
