摘要
以球形MgCl2 为载体 ,采用一种新的原位负载方法制取载体催化剂进行乙烯聚合 ,省去了聚合前负载Et(Ind) 2 ZrCl2 的步骤。聚合时只需加入少量烷基铝 ,即可在很低的Al/Zr摩尔比下获得较高的聚合活性 ,且聚合物颗粒形态好 ,无粘釜现象。考察了温度、压力、Et(Ind) 2 ZrCl2 加入量、Al/Zr摩尔比及烷基铝活化剂种类及加入量对聚合活性的影响。
The polymerization of ethylene was carried out with a novel in-site supported Et(Ind) 2ZrCl 2 catalyst based on spherical MgCl 2,which eliminated the need for a supporting step before polymerization.A high activity,e.g.5.78×10 7g/mol·h,can be obtained under the condition of low n(Al)/n(Zr) of <60,when small amounts of alkylaluminium were added,with the result of good particle morphology and nonadherence to the reactor wall.The influence of the metallocene amount,MgCl 2/MAO amount,temperature,pressure,and alkylaluminium type on polymerization activity and molecular weight of polyethylene produced was studied.
