摘要
宪法的正当性、现实性、救济性、稳定性和神圣性 ,构成了宪法权威的主要内容。树立真正的权威 ,要从制度形态的宪法权威到达现实形态的宪法权威 ,更须有赖于主体的宪法意识 ,要在主体心目中树立起权威的理念。
The rightness,reality,remediality,stability and sacredness of constitution comprise main parts of its authority.To establish real authority,the institutional authority of constitution should be clanged into the realistic one, which relies more on the constitutional consciousness of the subject,in whose mind the belief of anthority should be built up.
