摘要
2007年4月,《政府信息公开条例》颁布。在《政府信息公开条例》第37条规定的直接催生和有力推动下,教育部于2010年4月发布《高等学校信息公开办法》。文章尝试从历史的视角对我国高校信息公开制度的发展历程进行梳理,对《高等学校信息公开办法》的文本内容进行解读,并从领导体制、公开范围、公开程序、保障与救济等方面对我国高校信息公开制度的未来发展提出相关建议。
In April of 2007, the Regulation of the People＇s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information was promulgated. Because of the direct promotion of the 37th clause of the Regulation, the Ministry of Education released the Measures for the Information Disclosure of University in April of 2010. This paper tries to provide the history of the disclosure of university information in China, to read the content of the Measures for the Information Disclosure of University, and to look forward the future system of disclosure of university information from the view of the structural system of disclosure, the scope of disclosure, the procedure of disclosure, the protection and the remedy of disclosure.
