摘要
针对目前顶管掘进机存在的智能化程度低、控制精度差等问题,将模糊控制的思想引入到顶管机泥水平衡控制中,提出了最优压力比的动态控制理念。工程应用显示,该方案能够取得较好的施工效果,可带来明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Aimed at the problems of low degree of intelligence, low control accuracy and other issues in the current main pipe jacking machine, a new slurry control system based on fuzzy control theory was introduced. Optimum pressure ratio control was proposed. The scheme has been successfully applied to the actual construction project, and has achieved good results, and it has brought in significant economic and social benefits.
