摘要
合理、优化的产业结构的形成与产业投资结构密切相关,产业结构的合理和优化是实现经济持续增长的必要条件。基于经济增长理论,对中原经济区目前产业结构的分析研究发现,本区域三次产业投资在长期内对经济增长没有明显影响,说明现有的三次产业投资结构不够合理,特别是第一产业大而不优,对GDP的贡献过小,与农业省区的基础地位极不相符。通过VAR模型检验发现,增加第一产业的投资额会促使GDP增加。中原以农业为重点的省区应该进一步加大第一产业的投资并提高投资效益,加快农业发展方式转变,发展现代农业;引导第二产业向集聚化、融合化、高端化方向发展;有效增加第三产业中高技术产业的投资比重,构建新的现代产业体系。
Reasonable optimization of industrial structure is closely related to the industrial investment structure, the formation of reasonable and optimization of industrial structure is the necessary condition to achieve sustained economic growth. Based on the theory of economic growth, industrial structure of the Central Plains Economic Region current analysis, the study found three times in this region industry investment in the long run there is no obvious effect on economic growth, suggests that the existing three times of industrial investment structure is not reasonable, especially the first industry is big but not optimal, contribution to GDP is too small, consistent with the basis of agricultural provinces status. Through inspection found that the VAR model, if increase the invest- ment of the first industry, then will make GDP increase.
