The Interaction between Family Governance and Private Equity Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises --A Research Review

摘要分析了学术界关注中小企业私募股权融资的根源，归纳了家族治理与中小企业私募股权融资的互动关系，探讨了社会资本对家族治理与私募股权融资的互动关系的影响。最后，提出了本领域未来的三个研究方向。 Through the collection of relevant literature, this paper analysis why the academic circles pay close attention toprivate equity financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, summarizes the interaction between family governance andprivate equity financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, and discusses the impact of social capital on the interactionbetween family governance and private equity financing. Finally, it puts forward three future research directions.
