摘要
企业研发机构是企业开展技术创新活动、提升自主创新能力的核心载体,也是实现区域创新驱动发展、推动经济转型升级的强大动力。基于统计年鉴主要数据,研究分析浙江企业研发机构建设的整体情况,通过与江苏、广东、山东等国内其他先进省份的比较分析,发现浙江企业研发机构存在的优势和劣势,提出加快浙江全省企业研发机构建设的措施建议。
Internal R＆D institutions are not only the core carrier for enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities and enhance their independent innovation capability, but also the powerful drive to realize regional innovation -driven development and promote economic restructuring and upgrading. Based on the data of statistical yearbook, we analyzed the overall situation of internal R＆D institutions construction in Zhejiang. Moreover, we compared Zhejiang to other advanced provinces such as Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shandong, and found both of the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises＇ inter- nal R＆D institutions construction in Zhejiang. On this basis, we finally put forward a few suggestions to accelerate the con- struction of enterprises＇ internal R＆D institutions in Zhejiang.
