摘要
为了更好地预防我国自然灾害的发生,必须要对我国的山洪治理的标准、设计原理、项目施工等进行认真的研究,不断吸取经验,不断完善治理的方案。论文初步分析了我国山洪治理过程中出现的困难,并根据我国山洪治理工程的标准,提出山洪治理的设计关键。
In order to better prevent the occurrence of natural disasters, must be our standard torrent governance, design principles, construction and other projects should be carefully studied, and constantly learn from experience, and constantly improve the program governance. In this paper, a preliminary analysis of the difficulties that occur during flash floods governance in our country, and in strict accordance with the standard of torrent control project, the final de sign of key torrents pmposed govemance discus sion.
