摘要
目的:观察在糖尿病足基础治疗上采用中药分期论治的临床疗效。方法:治疗组在基础治疗上采用中药分期论治糖尿病足,对照组仅给予清创、引流、局部换药的方法。两周为一个疗程,共两个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率88.2%;对照组总有效率68.8%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:在基础治疗之上分期论治糖尿病足疗效显著。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM differentiation on diabetic foot. Methods： 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group received TCM differentiation; the control group received debridement, drainage, dressing treatment. Two weeks for 1 course, treated for 2 courses. Results：The total efficacy was 88.2%in the treatment group, higher than 68.8%in the control. There was a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Based on basic treatment, TCM differentiation for treating diabetic foot has good effects.
