摘要
目的:观察伊可尔联合胸腺肽治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法:85例随机分为治疗组43例和对照组42例。两组均口服胸腺肽肠溶片,外涂0.1%维A酸乳膏,治疗组另外涂伊可尔药液,7天为一疗程,治疗8个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组90.70%,对照组33.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),疗程结束后4周随访复发率治疗组15.38%,对照组85.71%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:伊可尔联合胸腺肽治疗多发性跖疣疗效确切,且不易复发。
Objective： Clinical efficacy on treating multiple verruca plantaris with Yikeer and Thymosin is observed. Methods： 85 cases were randomly divided into experimental group with 43 cases and control group with 42 cases. Both groups took oral enteric-coated Thymosin tablets, and 0.1% Vitamin A acid cream was applied to them as well. Additionally, eight courses of Yikeer were applied to the experimental group （seven days for each course）. Results ： Total efficiency of the experimental group was 90.70%, and that of the control group was 33.3%. Two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. In the follow-up visit 4 weeks after treatment, it was found that the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 15.38%, the control group 85.71%. Two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Treating multiple verruca plantaris with Yikeer and Thymosin is effective with less recurrence.
