摘要
以12个甜椒品种为材料,对低温胁迫下甜椒叶片的相对电解质渗出率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量等生理指标的变化情况进行研究,结合相关性分析,采用隶属函数法对各甜椒的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,甜椒叶片的相对电解质渗出率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量均有不同幅度的升高,不同品种间的升高幅度有所差异。根据隶属函数法的综合评价结果,‘中椒4号’、‘多福’、‘中椒8号’‘中椒105号’为高抗寒品种,‘金华星’和‘冠军椒王’为低抗寒性品种,其他6个品种为中抗寒品种。
Under the low temperature stress , 12 sweet pepper varieties were comprehensively evaluated using subordinate function method combined with correlation analyses based on the relative electric conductivity ,MDA content ,and proline content . The results showed that , with the temperature decreasing , the relative electric conductivity ,the content of MDA ,and the content of proline in sweet pepper leaf were increasing .Different sweet pepper varieties had different responses to continuous cold stress . Among them ,'Zhongjiao No.4','Duofu','Zhongjiao No.8','Zhongjiao No.105'were high cold tolerance ,'Jinghuaxing'and'Guanjunjiaowang'were low cold tolerance ,the other 6 varieties were moderate cold tolerance .
