摘要
在区域间投入产出表(MRIO)的基础上建立了区域间碳足迹相互影响模型,以便分析最终消费碳足迹在哪里的问题。计算和分析了2007年中国不同省份的碳足迹及其特征,并以江苏省为例对MRIO在碳足迹空间分布研究中的应用进行了说明。从最终消费视角看中国人均碳足迹(国内部分)并不高,但不同省份间存在很大差异,经济发达地区一般具有较高的人均碳足迹。就江苏省来看,其39%的碳足迹发生在省外地区,以河北、内蒙古等资源型产业比重较大的省区以及河南、山东等农业及食品业较发达的省份为主。
As to a country, based on multi-regional input-output table, this article sets up a model to estimate multi-regional interaction on carbon footprint, then to facilitate analysis of where is our carbon footprint, and takes China and Jiangsu province as example to show application of above model. The outcome shows that the carbon footprint （domestic） is not high but the difference of that in sub-national regions is huge, the province with high economic level almost has a high carbon footprint. And as to Jiangsu province, 39 % of its carbon footprint is emitted out boundary taking provinces with a big resource- based industry proportion such as Hebei, Inner Mongolia, and with more agriculture and food industries such as Henan, Shandong as primary.
