摘要
论述了建筑施工企业的工期成本、质量成本、安全文明成本与成本管理工作的辩证统一关系,在此基础上,提出了工程项目的成本管理措施,以实现项目的成本管理目标。
The article discusses the dialectical unity of schedule cost, quality cost, security cost and cost management in building construction en- terprises, and puts forward engineering project cost management measures, with a view to realize the project cost management target.
