摘要
目的了解军队医院护士专业自主性现状及影响因素。方法以中文版护理实践量表为调查工具,对乌鲁木齐市某军队医院631名临床科室护士进行调查。结果该军队医院护士专业自主性得分为(173.53±19.27)分,处于中、高等水平;多元回归分析结果显示,职称和人员类别是影响军队医院护士专业自主性水平的主要因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论管理者应关注专业自主性较低的人群,有针对性地采取措施提高护士整体的专业自主性水平,以提升护理质量。
Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of professional autonomy among nurses in a military hospital. Method A total of 631 clinical nurses from a military hospital in Urumqi were recruited and investigated with the Chinese version of Nursing Activities Scale(NAS). Results The mean score of nurses'professional autonomy was ( 173.53 ± 19.27), which was at a medium and high level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that profes sional title and identity categories were the influencing factors of professional autonomy among nurses in the military hospital ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Managers should pay close attention to nurses of lower professional autonomy and take targeted measures to improve the overall professional autono my level, in order to enhance the quality of nursing.
