摘要
以金铜尾矿和石英砂为原料,不添加外加晶核剂,采用熔融法制备辉石型微晶铸石。利用示差扫描量热分析、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM),抗折强度、显微硬度、线膨胀系数等测试手段,对所制备的铸石进行结构与性能的研究,从而得到最佳配方以及工艺参数。结果表明,金铜尾矿的利用率可高达85%,且所制得的微晶铸石性能优良。
The cast stones were prepared using melting method with Au-Cu tailings as raw materials and without additional nucleating agent. Microstructure and properties of the prepared cast stones were characterized respectively by differential scaning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), bending strength, microhardness test, linear thermal expansion coefficient, etc. Thereby we got the optimal formula and process pa rameters. The experimental results show that the utilization of Au-Cu tailing can be up to 85%, and the obtained cast stone has excellent properties.
