摘要
目的:研制一种可满足战伤、公共突发事件发生时在危重伤员急救和转运途中使用的安全、简便、无需提升液体高度的输液仪。方法:通过蠕动泵挤压输液(血)管,使输液袋产生可控的负压,并通过输液仪上的质量、气泡、滴速监测器以及声、光报警装置将监测到的参数通过传感器输入到控制系统,按照设定的参数安全地完成或报警停止输液。结果:该输液仪无需吊挂液体,不改变现用输液(血)用品和程序,并可将其放置在伤员周围、输液管长度范围内的任何位置,创造了便捷、舒适、不受体位限制的输液条件:输液速度的可控范围为50-1000mL/h:能监测输液管路中的空气、液体流速、液体剩余量,并可根据设定及时报警或自动停止输液。结论:提高了输液的安全性.节省了人力资源.并可交、直流电两用.体积小、携带方便。
Objective To develop an emergency infusion apparatus without the need for the height increased, which can be used during emergency treatment en route at wartime and peacetime, Methods The peristaltic pump extruded the tubing to generate controllable negative pressure by the infusion bag. The embedded monitor for weight, bubble and velocity as well as the audible and visual alarm transmitted the acquired parameters to the control system through the sensor, then the infusion was completed or stopped according the preset conditions.Results The apparatus eliminated the needs for suspending the infusion bag as well as changing blood product and procedure, which could be placed at any position permitted by the tube length. The infusion velocity had a range from 50 mL/h to 1 000 mL/h, and the gas, velocity and residual liquid volume could be monitored. Timely alarm and automatically stopping infusion could be performed as desired. Conclusion The apparatus functions well in the aspects of infusion safety, universe power supply and portability.
