摘要
实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,从经济角度来看,就是要在全面建成小康社会的基础上,实现中国从经济大国向经济强国转变的宏伟目标。"两个百年"战略节点确立了实现中国经济强国梦的时间表,本文按照"三次转折、两维分析"①的理论框架,从历史和现实角度进行了解析。在此基础上提出,我国要实现"两个百年"奋斗目标,从经济大国迈向经济强国,需要释放"大国红利",需要在九个方面加强战略设计和制度安排。
China dream of socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the realization of the grand goal from economic power to economic superpower based on establishing a well-off society from economic perspectives. The strategic nodes of two one-hundred years established the schedule of realizing China＇ s economic power dream. This paper explains and analyzes those from the perspectives of history and reality in accordance with the theoretical frame of ＂three shifts, two dimensional analyses＂. On this basis China needs to release ＂bonus of the great powers＂ and strengthen strategic design and system arrangement in order to realize the struggle goals of ＂two one-hundred years＂ and the advancement from economic power to economic superpower.
