摘要
采用理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法研究了奶业产业链中价格垂直传导的即时效应和阻滞效应.研究发现,产业上游粮食价格的变化向养殖行业能够即时传导,存在乘数效应,不存在滞后时间效应;在养殖环节向下游的乳品加工之间存在阻滞传导,乘数效应、时间效应较强.结果表明,奶业链系统自身不能保证整个价格系统的均衡,问题的存在是无约束机制下的相关利益主体的博弈的结果,必须引入有激励与约束的政府干预,改善利益主体的博弈条件.
By using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empircal analysis this paper searched the immediate effect and blocking effect of price vertical conduction in dairy industry chain. This article found that the change of grain price was instantly conducted to the breeding industry as the upper industry branch and had multiplier effect without lag effect, but that the conduction to dairy processing as the lower branch of the breeding industry was hindered with lag effect and time effect. The results showed that dairy chain system could not guarantee the balance of the whole price system. The problem resulted from the game consequences of relevant subjects with interests under the unrestricted system. So interference from government with inspiration and restriction must be introduced to improve game condition of subjects with interests.
