摘要
本文运用正交试验 L9(34)对水煎提取石斛中石斛多糖的工艺进行优选。结果表明提取次数对指标影响最大 ,加水量和煎煮时间差异无显著性 ,采用短时多次提取工艺省时合理。
The optimum preparation procedure for the polyhexose contained in Herba Dendrobii with water extracting were studied by L\-9(3\+4)orthogonal experimental design The result showed that extracting times has the largest influences on the index and to the result of water adding amount and decocting time were indistinct The process with short time and extracting many times was much more effective
