摘要
探讨了食品毒理学教学中存在的主要问题,并从教学内容、教学手段等方面探索了如何在教学中体现食品专业的特色,提高教学质量,为我国的食品质量与安全专业培养合格的人才。
To improve teaching quality arid train qualified personnel for food quality and safety major, the existing problems in the teaching process of Food Toxieology were discussed, and how to embody the characteristics of the discipline was explored from the aspects of teaching content and teaching methods.
