摘要
目的探讨在内科临床实习中培养医学生循证医学(EBM)思维的效果及意义。方法将60名进入心内科实习的医学生随机分为试验组和对照组,各30名,对照组采用传统带教法指导实习,试验组在传统带教的基础上引入EBM教学法,2个月后考试评价两组学习效果。结果实习后试验组专业理论考试、实践技能考试及专业英语考试得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在内科临床实习中培养医学生的EBM思维是对传统医学教育模式的改革,对培养新世纪高素质的医学人才具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of cultivating the evidence - based medicine thinking in medical students during the clinical clerkship of internal medicine. Methods 60 medical students practicing in department of cardiology were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each. The control group were adopted by traditional method to teach and guide practice ; The experimental group were adopted by teaching method of EBM based on the method of the control group. After two months, the earning effect of two groups were appraised by examination. Results The professional theory test, practical skills test and professional English test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Cultivating the evidence - based medicine thinking in medical students during the clinical clerkship of internal med- icine is a reform on the lacking - traditional medical education mode, which has a significant meaning on cultivating medical tal- ented man having high diathesis at the new century.
