摘要
通过对甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系 ( CMS)陕 2 A、陕 3A在花后期的同一天内不同时间段的清水喷施试验 ,并对异源花粉在柱头上的萌发情况以及结荚率、结籽数的比较 ,证明清水喷施能够改善柱头小环境 ,促进异源花粉在柱头上的附着和萌发 ,显著提高座果率和结籽数 ,模拟大田试验也同时验证了上述结果 。
A spraying water experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of seeds bearing and germination of different pollens in Brassica napus L. CMS Shaan 2A and Shaan 3A in late flowering stage. The results showed that spraying water can improve the humidity of adherence and germination, notably increase the number of seeding under different time treatments in the same day. The experiment of imitative production of hybrid seeds simultaneously verified the same result. In this test, the superlative podding rate and number of seeds per pod can rise 14.92 and 55.33 percent respectively.
