摘要
目的建立养心开郁片质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中红参、黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射器（HPLC-ELSD）法测定养心开郁片中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果样品中红参和黄芪定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强;有效成分黄芪甲苷进样量在2.048~20.48μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 7。平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.3%（n=9）。结论建立的分析方法简便可行、准确、专属性强,可作为养心开郁片的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a quality control method forYangxinkaiyu Tablets.Methods Ginsengand Astragalus in the prescription were identified by TLC.Quantitative analysis of astragaloside A which is an effective component of the formula was adopted by HPLC-ELSD.Results TLC were clear without any interference.The linear range was 2.048-20.48μg（r=0.999 7） for astragaloside A.The average recovery rate was 99.2% with RSD 1.3%（n=9）.Conclusion The method was easy,accurate,realizable and reproducible,and could be used for the quality control of Yangxinkaiyu Tablets.
