摘要
针对国内多数高校程序分析实验开设困难的问题,以包裹邮寄业务流程为对象,运用情景模拟法,开发了具有较强综合性和设计性的流程程序分析实验。该实验涵盖流程环节划分、流程程序图使用、5W1H提问技术、ECRS改善原则等实训要点,通过完整的改善案例培养学生的工程素养和工程应用能力。通过三届学生的应用实践,实验的内容、教学组织等已趋于成熟。该实验组织实施容易、投入不大,具有较高的普适性和推广价值。
Aiming at existing questions and difficulties of setting up operation analysis experiment in most domestic colleges, this paper designed and developed a flow process analysis experiment project. This pilot project created a vivid situation in which students could play delivering packages game and try to carry out process analysis study like a true engineer. In order to cultivate future engineers' professional quality and engineering application capabilities, the project was designed as a complete improvement case which involved a number of useful industrial engineering skills, such as flow process chart mapping, 5W1H and ECRS, etc. As a result of the practice of three years, the better effect was obtained and the project tended to be perfect too. The project has strong points of low cost and being easy to replicate and implement, so it has significant universality and popularization value.
