摘要
分析现有CNG加气母站压缩机与加气机连接方式的不足,基于PID反馈控制理论提出一种新的连接方式。运用一维流体分析软件Flowmaster建立系统模型,进行瞬态分析,得出同型号气瓶车在气瓶初始压力不同情况下充气过程的仿真结果,与加装反馈控制系统后的结果对比分析,验证新连接方式的可行性。
The shortcomings of present connection between compressor and dispenser in CNG primary filling station are analyzed, and a new connection way is put forward based PID feedback control theory. A system model is established using one-dimensional fluid analysis software Flowmaster, and a transient analysis is carried out. The simulation result of gas filling process of the same type of cylinder vehicle at different initial cylinder pressures is obtained and compared with the result after installing the feedback control system. The feasibility of the new connection way is verified.
