摘要
通过对我国目前体育经济及人才的现状分析，并与外国进行体育经济及人才对比，提出：正确认识我国体育经济现状，转变观念，是体育经济发展的前提；体制改革是体育经济改革的核心，建立社会主义市场体育经济是我国与国际接轨的要求，是国内的需要；建立“以人为本”的改革战略目标，调整我国培养体育人才的机制是体育经济改革中心环节；健全体育经济的法律法规是市场体育经济健康发展的保证。
By contrast between our Present sports economy, qualified personnel, ideology, current situation and those of overseas, it is put forward that the precondition for sports econonmic development is to properly understant our status quo and transfer ideas; the core of sports economic reform is the system reforming; demands for China and international adjoining as well as home are based on the construction of socialism market sports economy; the key link of econonmic reform is to establish'personnel -based' strategic target;guarantee on healthy development of market sports economy is given to the laws and regulations of perfect sports economy.
