摘要
复合型图书馆呈现了传统图书馆所不具有的诸多优势,图书馆管理者必须对传统图书馆的管理模式进行改造和创新,才能适应复合型图书馆的发展。阐述了复合型图书馆应从管理理念、管理制度、管理技术方法等方面进行创新,并提出了具体的实施策略,认为复合型图书馆是传统图书馆功能的扩展,复合型图书馆的建设与管理是一个不断创新发展的过程。
Compared to traditional ones, compound libraries have demonstrated their superiority. Managers of libraries have to alter the old mode of management and create a new one to apply the strength of com- pound libraries. This paper argues that innovation in concepts, system and technique is essential for the re- form of library management and then presents some strategies. It also suggests that compound libraries e- volve from the functional extension of the traditional libraries and that the construction and management of compound libraries demands a progressive innovation.
