摘要
食品产业作为山东省的支柱产业,从业人员众多,食品安全关系国计民生,研究其从业人员科学素养水平具有重要意义。对省内食品产业青年职工科学素养状况进行抽样调查的结果显示,被调查者以女性为主、学历偏低、接受科学再教育情况较少且收入水平不高,仅有6.4%的被调查者具备科学素养。未来需加强各种形式的科学再教育、加大政府科教投入、提高领导重视程度、创造文化环境等来提升食品产业青年职工科学素养水平。
Food industry as a pillar industry of shandong province has great relationship with national economy and people＇s livelihood. Studying the staff level of scientific literacy is of great significance. According to sumpling survey, the majority of its staff is make up of women. Their degree is low, with scientific re - education less, and income not high. Only 6.4% of staff have got scientific quality. In the future they need to strengthen the various forms of science education, and only by doing so they can improve the scientific literacy of themselves.
