摘要
改革开放以来我国面临的突出矛盾是总量问题,也就是生产的问题。经过30年的发展,这一问题已经基本得到解决,当前需要重点解决的是内需不足的突出矛盾,要建立起消费大国的体制基础,要在保持可持续发展的同时更加注重公平发展。
The prominent issue has been the production problem Since the economic reform and opening up in China, which has been basically solved after thirty years development. Nowadays the problem we have to resolve is insufficient domestic demand. We need to establish the consumption foundation system of China, also to maintain the sustainable development and pay more attention to equitable development.
