摘要
随着全球性气候问题的出现,对贸易中隐含碳的研究引发了人们对于贸易环境的新思考。我国隐含碳的大量出口和净出口实际上意味着能源与环境资源的间接出口,如何利用最少的能源与环境资源损耗来获得最大的产出已成为问题的关键,基于此,本文将以隐含碳和出口贸易额作为投入产出的指标,建立行业合理性指数模型。结果表明,合理性指数模型能很好的将出口部门中"低碳排放系数产品应多出口、高碳排放系数产品应少出口"的原则进行量化衡量,该模型也被验证了具有现实有效性。
International trade is characterized by the flow of capital, goods, energy and the emissions embodied in goods during their production. It is necessary to find a better way to balance energy and environment pressures with the benefits from globalization. Given that there is no universally accepted method for analyses of this type, a comprehensive accounting of embodied energy and emissions in international trade and a better understanding of impacts are necessary for China to maximize the benefits and minimize the losses from trade. Emissions can be regarded as the consumption of an environment resource, and so the export of embodied carbon can be taken as the indirect export of resources. We develop a reasonable index model that perfectly corresponds with the principle that products with a low carbon emission factor should export more and products with a high carbon emission factor should export less. According to our model, the current trade pattern is ideal in China because some export areas require high inputs but produce low benefits. Structural problems are likely the crucial reason behind this pattern as China has been manufacturing and processing and adding low value to global industrial chains. In order to better balance energy and environmental pressures, trade structural adjustment needs to change from the product to a vertical extension in industrial chains.
