摘要
目的分析产科护理新模式对于降低剖宫产率的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将400例符合自然分娩条件的初产妇分为两组,对照组予以产科产前常规护理,干预组予以产科新式护理,对比两组产妇的阴道分娩率和总产程时间。结果组间阴道分娩率比较,干预组明显高于对照组,P<0.05;组间总产程时间比较,干预组短于对照组,P<0.05。结论产科护理新模式对于降低剖宫产率效果显著,能够通过提高阴道分娩率和减少总产程时间改善产妇的分娩质量,值得进一步研究探讨。
Objective To analyze the obstetrics nursing new model for the effect of lowering the rate of cesarean section. Methods 400 cases of primipara with vaginal delivery conditions were divided into two groups by random number table, the control group was given prenatal routine nursing,intervention group received obstetric new care,compared two groups of maternal vaginal delivery rate and total labor time. Results The rate of vaginal delivery compared between groups,the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P < 0.05 group;the total labor time comparison, the intervention group was shorter than the control group,P <0.05. Conclusion The new mode of obstetrical care to reduce the cesarean section rate effect,can increase the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the total labor time,improve maternal quality of delivery,worthy of further study.
