厄他培南治疗36例高龄患者肠杆菌科细菌感染 被引量：3

Effects of ertapenem on treatment of enterobacteriaceae infection in 36 aged patients

摘要 目的观察厄他培南治疗高龄患者肠杆菌科细菌感染的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析厄他培南治疗36例(根据感染部位为43例次)肠杆菌科细菌感染的75岁以上高龄患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果临床总有效率为91%,痊愈率为79%(34/43),细菌清除率为88%,不良反应3例,2例腹泻,1例轻微头迷。结论厄他培南治疗高龄患者肠杆菌科细菌感染的临床疗效确切、安全性高。
