摘要
他汀类药物在预防动脉粥样硬化、改善预后方面已积累了大量一致的临床研究证据。总体上大多数他汀的耐受性良好,但对他汀不良反应的认识也经历了一个逐渐变化的过程。近年来对他汀类药物肌肉毒性、肝脏损害、神经系统不良反应、新发肿瘤和糖尿病等的担忧和争论始终没有停止。因此现就他汀类药物不良反应及其相关因素研究进展做一综述。
Statins has accumulated a large number of consistent clinical research evidence in the prevention of atherosclerosis and improving the prognosis. Most statins were well tolerated overall, but the understanding of the adverse effects of statins has also gone through a gradual process of change. The concerns and controversy about statin muscle toxicity, liver damage, nervous system adverse reactions, new tumors and diabetes has not stopped in recent years. Therefore the adverse effects of statins and its related factors in progress is reviewed in this article.
