摘要
我们以某学院旅游管理专业的68名大学生为研究对象,采用独立样本T检验和一元线性回归分析等方法探讨外语学习焦虑和自尊的关系。结果表明:外语学习焦虑与自尊呈显著负相关,学习者的自尊越低,外语学习焦虑水平越高。另外,自尊是外语学习焦虑的一个显著预测变量,是一个重要的外语学习焦虑源。因此,学生要想降低焦虑,必须提高自尊。
The present study aims at exploring the relationship between foreign language esteem. The data come from 68 sophomores from Tourism Management Major at a university. anxiety and self- After the descriptire data analysis, the Pearson correlation, independent T - test and linear regression analysis, it is found that Foreign language anxiety is negatively related to self - esteem. The low - level self - esteem students have high - level anxiety. Moreover, self - esteem is a significant predictor, that is, one of important language anxiety sources. Thus, anxiety can be reduced by improving student's self- esteem.
