摘要
实验技术队伍是高校教学科研和社会服务等工作中一支重要力量。如何提升高校实验室工作人员技术水平和管理水平,实现大型仪器的使用效益最大化是各高校实验室管理工作面临的难题。我校创新管理理念,多部门协同,以实验室计量认证管理体系为标准,通过开展实验室间比对和仪器设备专题培训,不断加强实验技术队伍的建设,取得了一定成效。
The upgrading of the skill of university laboratory staff and the improvement of the efficiency of large-scale instruments are still problems confronting all university laboratories. Based on the standard of laboratory standardization management in metrology accreditation, the technicians in Sun Yat-sen University has innovated management concept and continuously enhanced laboratory technician team construction by inter-laboratory comparison exercise and the technical training.
