摘要
本文简明扼要地论述了老庄生命哲学的基本思想:(1)生与死是相反相成的一对辩证矛盾;(2)宇宙是生死无限循环轮回的无穷生命过程;(3)"道"是宇宙生命的本原和原理;(4)"气"是构成具体生命存在物的元素;(5)身体内阴阳之气调和是生命的最佳状态;(6)"无知无欲"是生命达到最佳状态的精神条件;(7)道家只是期望通过修道而达到自然生命过程的正常进行,有别于道教幻想通过修道而达到肉体成仙或羽化升天成神仙的"长生不死"论。
This article briefly discusses the basic ideas of Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu's philosophy of life:(1) Life and death are a pair of dialectical contradictions.(2) The universe is a process in which there is infinite cycle of life and death.(3) 'Tao'is the origin and principle of life in the universe.(4) 'Qi'is the element of the existence of specific life.(5) The harmony of yin and yang within the body is in the best condition of life.(6) One must abstains from the sensual pleasure and the material comfort and abandons the pursuit for knowledge in order to achieve the best of his life.(7) Lao and Chuang's philosophy of life only expects to achieve the norm of natural life process through monasticism,different from Taoist fantasy of the body to become immortal or'periostracum cicadae'for ascending to heaven.
