摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统分析《中医方剂大辞典》中收载的治疗胃痛方剂的组方规律。方法:收集《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗胃痛的方剂,应用中医传承辅助系软件,录入方剂信息,采用软件集成的改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析胃痛方剂中常用的药物、组合规则、核心组合及发现新方。结果:对筛选出的92个处方进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合18个、新处方9个。结论:明确了《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗胃痛方剂的用药规律。
Objective： To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for stomachache collected in the book of 〈 The Prescription of traditional Chinese medicine Dictionary 〉 using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance system. Method： The prescriptions used for stomachache in the book of 〈 The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary 〉 were collected, then entered into the TCM inheritance system, by using revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze composing principles： frenquently used herbs, association rules, core combinations, new prescriptions. Result： Based on the analysis of 92 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among herbs included in the database are computed, 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion： The composing principles of the prescriptions for stomachache collected in the book of 〈 The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary 〉 are clarified.
