摘要
多排螺旋CT技术的广泛应用及计算机后处理技术的不断发展,使能谱CT成像从理论走向实践。能谱CT从球管和探测器等方面进行革新,尽可能同时、同相位获得两个不同能量水平的图像,从而重建出40~140keV的高清单能量图像、多种基础物质密度图像、虚拟图像以及特异能谱曲线,为疾病的早期发现、定性甚至定量诊断提供可靠依据,为临床实践和科研提供更为广阔的发展空间。
Advances in multi-detector technology and computer processing technology have made spectral CT imaging possible. On the basis of the improvement of X-ray tubes and X-ray detectors, spectral CT can obtain two images at different levels of energy at the same time and at the same phase to reconstruct high-definition and monochromatic images from 40 keV to 140 keV and even generate 3-materials decomposition images, virtual non-contrast images and specific spectrum curve. These imaging technologies provide reliable information to diagnose disease earlier and more accurately. Spectral CT is a promising technique with clinical application potential.
