摘要
目的了解梅州市艾滋病筛查实验室管理状况，促进全市艾滋病筛查实验室的能力建设，提高检测水平。方法使用艾滋病网络实验室考核量化表对梅州市28家艾滋病筛查实验室进行督导检查，内容包括组织和人员、设施、设备、实验室生物安全、实验室检测、实验室质量管理、网络实验室检测信息上报情况。结果各筛查实验室均基本符合二级生物安全实验室（BLS-2）要求，人员均符合规范要求，均配备了常用仪器设备，可满足检测需要。绝大多数实验室均能建立实验室安全制度和覆盖主要工作内容的标准操作程序（SOP），不断加强实验室质量管理。存在的主要问题是，实验室废弃物存在安全隐患，8家实验室（28．57％）对废弃物未消毒就直接废弃，7家（25．00％）没有进行质量控制。结论仍需进一步加强实验室生物安全管理、质量管理，确保艾滋病检测工作质量和生物安全。
Objective To investigate management of AIDS screening laboratories in Meizhou city, to enhance the ability to construct AIDS screening laboratories and raise detection level. Methods 28 AIDS screening laboratories in Meizhou city were inspected. The AIDS laboratory network assessment stan- dards were used for the inspection including organization and staff, facilities, biological safety, laboratory testing, laboratory quality management, and reports on network laboratory information. Results All the screening laboratories were basically consistent with the criteria on the class I~ biological safety laboratory （ BLS-2 ）. The staff all met regulatory requirements. The labs were equipped with commonly used equipment to met the testing needs. Most laboratories established a laboratory safety system and standard operation program （ SOP ） and constantly strengthened quality management. The main problem was potential dangers of the lab wastes including waste discharge without being disinfected in 8 （ 28.57% ） labs and no quality control in 7 （ 25.00% ）. Conclusions Biological safety and quality management need to be further enhanced to ensure quality and biological safety of AIDS detection.
