摘要
以四川省农业科学院为例,介绍了"三类五级科技平台"的基本能情况,研究了科技平台对全院科技创新转化的重要支撑作用。在此基础上,从强化科技平台的统筹推进、强化科技平台运行管理、强化专业技师人才的培养、强化运转经费的稳定支持等方面,对进一步搞好科技平台建设提出了对策和建议。
Taking Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the basic situation of ＂three types and five class sci-tech plat- form＂ was introduced, the important supporting function of sci-tech platforms to the sci-tech innovation and transformation were studied. On the basis of this, some suggestions were put forward for further doing well in sci-tech platforms-building from strengthening sci-teeh platforms in integrated propulsion, operation management, training of professional technician personnel and stable support of operation fund.
