摘要
对江河源区"黑土滩"退化草地及单播、混播人工草地土壤种子库多样性进行研究。结果表明,"黑土滩"退化草地、单播人工草地和混播人工草地分别由33种、25种、30种植物组成,密度分别为13 035.6粒/m2、10 138.8粒/m2和10 672.4粒/m2;"黑土滩"退化草地已没有放牧利用价值,而单播和混播人工草地具有较高的放牧利用价值;土壤种子库中种子数量在垂直分布上呈现由表层土壤向深层逐层减少的变化规律;土壤种子库的物种多样性为"黑土滩"退化草地>混播人工草地>单播人工草地,"黑土滩"退化草地和混播人工草地、单播人工草地土壤种子库之间相似性较低。
The diversity of soil seed bank of "Black Soil Beach" degraded grassland as well as single seed and mixed seeds cultured grassland in Yangtze and Yellow River source region was studied in this article. The results showed that there were 33 plant species in "Black Soil Beach" degraded grassland and their density was 13 035.6/m2 ; there were 25 plant species in single seed cultured grassland and their density was 10 138.8/m2 ; there were 30 plant species in mixed seeds cultured grassland and their density was 10 672.4/m2. "Black Soil Beach" degraded grassland had no grazing use value. However, single seed and mixed seeds cultured grassland had high grazing use value. Vertically, the number of seeds in the soil seed bank decreased with soil depth increasing. The species diversity of soil seed bank in "Black Soil Beach" degraded grassland was found to be higher than that in mixed seeds cultured grassland, whereas that in single seed cultured grassland was found to be the lowest among the three. The similarity between "Black Soil Beach" degraded grassland and single seed and mixed seeds cul- tured grassland was low.
