摘要
对2001年至2010年我国星级饭店数量、客房总数以及营业收入等数据的研究表明:我国星级饭店市场结构处于中(下)集中寡占的格局,市场集中度趋于下降,地理分布格局失衡,产品同质化现象严重,进入壁垒不高。优化资源配置,促进市场结构合理化,提高产业运行效率,对我国星级饭店的发展有着重要的意义。
Based on the analysis of the number of star hotels, total rooms and business income from 2001 to 2010, this paper analyzes the structure of star hotels in china. The results are as follows： first, their structure is medium-low concentration oligopoly and market concentration tends to decrease; second, the geographic distribution is unbalanced and product homogenization is prevalent; third, barriers to entry are not high. Resource optimization, rationalization of market structure and improvement of operational effi- ciency are essential for the development of star hotels.
