基于电子舌技术的荔枝品种和产地的辨别研究 被引量:4

摘要 为检验电子舌对新鲜荔枝的辨识能力,研究采用法国Alpha M.O.S公司生产的传感器型电子舌对深圳、惠东、惠来和钦州四大产区的妃子笑、桂味、糯米糍和怀枝荔枝进行检测,所得信号数据用主成分分析法(PCA)进行分析。结果表明,该电子舌可以很好的区分同一品种不同产区的荔枝以及同一产区不同品种的荔枝,辨别指数分别在95%以上和98%以上。因此,电子舌在新鲜荔枝品种及产地区分以及品牌荔枝真伪辨识中有巨大的应用潜力。 The study was aimed at detecting the application of the electronic tongue on fresh lychee fruits. Feizixiao, Guiwei, Nuomici and Huaizhi lychees differing in 4 producing area were detected by the electronic tongue which was based on potentiometric chemical sensors developed by Alpha M.O.S. (Toulouse, France). The signal data were treated by principal component analysis (PCA). The results show that the lychees in the same cultivar and different producing area and in the same producing area and different cultivar were well discriminated by this electronic tongue. The discrimination indices were over 95% and over 98%. Therefore, the electronic tongue displayed great potential application in discriminating fresh lychee cultivar, producing area and fake brand lychees.
