社会影响、互惠性与高管薪酬——基于中小板上市公司的实证研究 被引量:4

Social influence,reciprocity and top executive compensation:an empirical analysis based on the SME board of China

摘要 试图从社会资本视角研究国内上市公司高管薪酬的决策过程。利用中小企业板112家上市公司的资料,实证研究发现,不仅诸如公司规模、地域、高管人力资本等因素显著影响高管薪酬,嵌入公司治理结构中的高管内部社会资本亦对其薪酬有显著的影响效应。 The current study presents the examination of social influence effects in executive pay-setting processes from a social capital perspective.Using data from a sample of 112 listed companies on the SME board of China,we find that internal social capital of top executives have significant effects on executive compensation as well as firm size,region and CEO’s human capital.
