摘要
本文着眼于人民币国际化的总体方向,结合跨境人民币业务的发展现状,着重分析了人民币跨境业务发展的内生动力机制,指出跨境人民币结算各方参与者存在着共赢空间。文章认为"非单边升值"条件下境外机构的人民币持有动机问题、我国政府和金融机构对于境外人民币的定价权问题以及进一步协调推进上海国际金融中心建设与人民币国际化等三大问题是影响跨境人民币业务持续、健康发展需要解决的主要问题。基于此,本文从境内各参与方的角度对进一步促进跨境人民币业务发展提出了几点建议。
Based on the present development of RMB cross-border business,the thesis mainly deals with the internal dynamic mechanism to boost the business with a focus on the general orientation of RMB's internationalization.It holds that a win-win situation could be expected among the parties of RMB settlement in cross-border trade.The paper argues that the following three factors under the situation of 'non-unilateral appreciation' exert major impacts on a sustainable and healthy development of RMB cross-border business,i.e.the motivation of foreign institutions to hold RMB,pricing power of China's government and financial institutions upon the offshore RMB the furthering of Shanghai's efforts on international financial center construction as well as the internationalization of Renminbi.The thesis concludes with suggestions to boost the RMB cross-border business from the perspective of the domestic stake holders.
